This is Maznexa's financial offer for the Capital Market Authority's competition for the provision of design and creative editing services. It prices all five items of the bill of quantities, in figures and in words, with no amendment or reservation and no item left unpriced. Every cost the tender places on the contractor — workstations, licences, stock subscriptions, supervision, quality review, employer obligations, replacement cover and final handover — is absorbed into the monthly rate. Why a contract total appears alongside the monthly rateلماذا يظهر إجمالي العقد إلى جانب السعر الشهري
Our commercial preference is to quote monthly only. Here the tender requires the total: the initial guarantee under clause 40 is a percentage of the total offer value, the final guarantee under clause 56 is a percentage of the contract value, and the penalty cap under clause 61 is expressed against the total contract value. The total is therefore stated for compliance, while the monthly rate remains the operative figure and every invoice is identical.تفضيلنا التجاري هو التسعير الشهري فقط. غير أن الكراسة تستوجب هنا ذكر الإجمالي: فالضمان الابتدائي في البند 40 نسبة من القيمة الإجمالية للعرض، والضمان النهائي في البند 56 نسبة من قيمة العقد، وسقف الغرامات في البند 61 محسوب على القيمة الإجمالية للعقد. ولذلك ذُكر الإجمالي التزاماً بالشروط، ويبقى السعر الشهري هو الرقم العملي، وكل فاتورة مطابقة لسابقتها.
What a month buysماذا يشتري الشهر الواحد
The chart splits the monthly rate across the five items. The distribution follows the tender's own experience requirements: the motion and video item carries the highest minimum experience at five years and the widest output range, so it carries the highest rate. يوزّع الرسم البياني السعر الشهري على البنود الخمسة. ويتبع التوزيع اشتراطات الخبرة الواردة في الكراسة نفسها: فبند الموشن والفيديو يحمل أعلى حد أدنى للخبرة عند خمس سنوات وأوسع مدى للمخرجات، ولذلك يحمل أعلى سعر.

The tender places a number of obligations on the contractor that a bidder could reasonably present as separate lines. We have not. Each of the following is a contractual obligation we carry inside the monthly rate, with no charge attached and no one-time item anywhere in the offer. تضع الكراسة على المتعاقد عدداً من الالتزامات التي كان يمكن لأي متنافس أن يقدّمها كبنود منفصلة. ونحن لم نفعل. فكل ما يلي التزام تعاقدي نتحمّله داخل السعر الشهري، دون أي مقابل ودون أي بند لمرة واحدة في العرض بأكمله.

One rate, no extrasسعر واحد، بلا إضافات
Clause 38 requires all prices to include every cost, tax, fee and other expense, and states that the Authority bears no additional expenses not mentioned in the price offer. This offer is built so that the question does not arise: the Authority's exposure for the full twelve months is the monthly figure, multiplied by twelve, and nothing else.يشترط البند 38 أن تشمل جميع الأسعار كافة التكاليف والضرائب والرسوم وغيرها من المصاريف، وينص على ألا تتحمل الهيئة أي مصاريف إضافية لم تُذكر في عرض الأسعار. وقد بُني هذا العرض بحيث لا يثور هذا السؤال أصلاً: فانكشاف الهيئة طوال الاثني عشر شهراً هو المبلغ الشهري مضروباً في اثني عشر، ولا شيء غير ذلك.
Excluded, and stated plainlyمستثنى، ومذكور صراحة
The following fall outside the five items of the bill of quantities and are therefore not priced here. None is required in order to deliver the scope; each is listed so there is no ambiguity later, and any of them can be quoted separately if the Authority ever wants it. تقع البنود التالية خارج البنود الخمسة في جدول الكميات، ولذلك لم تُسعَّر هنا. ولا يلزم أي منها لتنفيذ النطاق؛ وقد أُدرجت لئلا يقع لبس لاحقاً، ويمكن تسعير أي منها على حدة إن رغبت الهيئة في ذلك مستقبلاً.

Printing and physical productionالطباعة والإنتاج المادي
Print runs, materials and finishing. We deliver print-ready artwork; the physical production is procured by the Authority.أعمال الطباعة والمواد والتشطيب. فنحن نسلّم أعمالاً جاهزة للطباعة، وتتولى الهيئة شراء الإنتاج المادي.
External crews and talentالأطقم الخارجية والمواهب

Twelve equal paymentsاثنتا عشرة دفعة متساوية
Clause 37 requires the bidder to submit a schedule stating the value of each payment, its percentage of the offer value and the stage at which it falls due. Special condition 31 sets payment on the basis of completed work, monthly. The schedule below satisfies both: one payment per month, each identical, each falling due against the monthly performance report for the month it covers. يوجب البند 37 على المتنافس تقديم جدول يحدد قيمة الدفعات ونسبتها من قيمة العرض ومرحلة استحقاقها. وينص الشرط الخاص 31 على أن الدفع يتم على أساس الأعمال المنجزة وبشكل شهري. والجدول أدناه يستوفي الاثنين: دفعة واحدة كل شهر، متطابقة، تستحق مقابل تقرير الأداء الشهري للشهر الذي تغطيه.
